On Sunday 07.04.21 - DAY ONE - We Begin to Fix America
170 million U.S. Christians joining together to save our country and our children. 070421.com is not an organization. It's a call to action.
There is power in numbers. We must organize. This is a real fight.
We must go beyond our church walls and join with all churches to fix our country. Our voices must be louder than the voices of the bad guys who now shape our country.
We need to establish task forces to tackle the needed fixes stated below. We need all Christian churches to join together and go into battle.
We need all congregation members to step up and volunteer. EVERY congregation member. Most parishioners are eager to help the church. But you have to ask each person individually. A church announcement or a sign-up sheet will not get results.
Establish goals and assign tasks.
Children, no matter where they live, want the same things: A safe place to live and play, loving parents, and a bright future. Children living in high crime areas are not magically born fearless. Our children need to see life beyond poverty, guns, drugs, and violence. We need to teach Christian values and morals.
If we create a country of children who have values and morals we will see great changes in our schools, on our streets, and our society.
Beginning 07.04.21 we need to address this problem with action.
Some church volunteers may not feel safe in urban settings. For that reason, we need urban area clergy to coordinate with suburban and rural clergy (and vice-versa) to establish spaces/centers where these children can be transported and safely mentored by Christians.
In the U.S. there are 76 million children 5-19 years old. There are 170 million adult Christians. We can fix this problem!
Our schools and our teachers are there to teach our children academics to prepare students for their successful futures. They are not there to instill opinions and theories on social and sexual issues. That is the job of parents.
We must be in attendance in numbers at all school board meetings to monitor discussions and to voice our Christian opinions.
We have the numbers. 170 million Christians strong!
Each of our churches must coordinate with other churches within their city or county to create a task force dedicated to monitoring city and state government meetings.
This task force must know what is planned to be discussed at upcoming meetings and have Christians (many if needed) attending to monitor discussions and influence decisions with Christian values and morals.
Extensive literature has shown that children raised by both biological parents fare better academically than children raised in any other family structure.
Churches need to establish a task force to focus on mentoring, educating, and supporting Dads and Moms with children.
